STORM TRACK: January 31, 1980 (Volume 3 Issue 2)

This is a special issue of Storm Track. Since this copy of the news- letter is going out to several people who have not previously received ST, it should be emphasized -for their benefit- that the length and subject of this issue is not the norm. Most issues are only 2 pages and address a variety of subjects of interest to the small number of meteorologists and student-meteorologists around the country, who are interested in "chasing" and photographing tornadoes and severe thunder- storms. This issue, however, was prompted by a unique event in this area . ... hurricane David.
