(Biography: age 33, single; works for Florida Power and Light
Company; began chasing hurricanes in 197l and tornadoes in l974; is
probably the pre-eminent hurricane chaser in the nation as well as
one of the best tornado chasers; was the first ever to photograph an
anticyclonic tornado; his work and commentary may be seen from time
to time on John Coleman's Cable TV Weather, especially during storm
season.)
In addition to a poetry contribution, Barbara writes, "I only wish I had a million bucks so I could chase around the world from one storm to the next." Don't we all.
