STORM TRACK: September 30, 1983 (Volume 6 Issue 6)

(While I don't plan to attend this October's 13th Severe Local Storm's Conference in Tulsa, I will be thinking of those of you who will be there. Having been to the 10th and 12th Conferences, I know something of what to expect. Therefore, the following is offered for neophyte attendees, to prepare you for the unexpected.)
