Although mentioned as a footnote in the last ST, the Editor feels obliged to comment on two publications with which he has had very favorable association: Time-Life Books and GEO. Both have initiated contacts with him in the past, seeking foreign publication of some of his work. Without the professionalism and integrity of these editors, he might not otherwise have known of these actual events. Compensation was offered in both cases and accepted. This is the kind of relationship that fosters good relations with photographers like you and I, and deserves a little recognition.
