Estonia will expect a storm tomorrow. Cyclone what causes it is right now in Norway and its center of circulation is expected to move over Estonia. Coastal areas may see some winds over 60 mph and minor flooding is possible near Pärnu area as water levels are expected to reach critical levels over there.
