Another first chase chance?

With this mornings (2/19/04) GFS run it looks like a chance for some decent moisture return for the Southern plains coming up in the next 7 to 10 days. And even a chance for a good chase day.

The GFS is always subject for change, but there’s light at the end of the long winter tunnel.

The southerly flow is a good sign but I'm not so sure about the trajectories... the parcels arriving on the Texas Gulf Coast in the last panel appear to be coming from Florida and the Carolinas... not so good as the East Coast is dominated by northerly flow during the entire period.
