A photographer on a photography message board posted this great shot of a storm.

He was wondering if this was a large single cell or a multicell complex. Also if any of you were on this storm, was there rotation to it? I see on SPCs page no tornados were reported this day in this area, but it still could have had a tornado warning for rotation on it.

He says the storm tracked north of Ogallala if that helps. Not sure on the time though.

Thanks for your help.

A severe MCS initiated over the NE panhandle mid-afternoon on that day. The tail-end storm (supercell) was tornado-warned north of Ogallala at 542pm MDT before linear mode took over. I believe Dean Cosgrove was on this storm and posted some photos in the REPORTS section.

Needs to brush up the mask a bit along the horizon ;) Too bad he didn't get out to get a pano.
