Already we've another fluffy on the horizon, when the last one isn't done with us yet! It's at about 10°N 45°W, with winds of 35 mph. For more:

THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION FOUR
WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 12.2 NORTH...LONGITUDE 22.7 WEST

Oops . . . read the satellite image wrong. :oops:
EDIT 8/15/2004: the one I was looking at in the first place wasn't even Danielle — it's a system that has now become TS Earl.
