Estonian Meteorological and Hydrological Institute has issued a storm warning for entire Estonia. Inland areas might face wind gusts to 45 mph, but coastal areas might face wind gusts to 65 mph. Right now it appears, that the worst hits Latvia though.
As I am posting this thread, I can already hear some wind gusts inside, and the winds are intensifying in my home.
People are advised here to prepare for the storm, go to outside only at extreme necessity(such as going to work), make sure to have battery powered radio on and flashlights and/or candles.
