OK... I need some help understanding the following: http://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/outlook/archive/2008/KWNSPTSDY1_200804262000.txt

For example, looking at the SLGT Categorical area, it gives the following:

SLGT 29680224 30890281 32990280 34040203 34470120 34380036
33899929 32839713 30899635 29349702 28469886 28480045
How would one read those points? Are they lat and long pairs? Or is there a better explanation? Thanks.

Lat/Long depiction of the maps you see on their webpage. Add a "1" to the beginning ot the long if it's less than 100.

29680224 - 29.68 x -102.24

They are lat lon pairs. So the first point translates to 29.68N 102.24W...the 30899635 translates to 30.89N 96.35W
