(kind of) Just in Time for the Season

I've taken some time the past couple weekends to get my storm report site back up and working. I haven't changed much in the way of design and function, but I wanted to get something up and working so it's usable while I'm working on new features... :)

New features should include a complete redesign, live radar layer, cloud cover layer, ir layer, convective outlooks layers all plotted against the map. I would love to work on it full time, but the site doesn't pay the bills just yet :)

Not sure if this is the right forum for this or not, but I figured there might be people that are interested.

With the recent HIGH outlook being released, I thought there might be some interest to see what I've been working on... so I've attached a quick screenshot.

You'll notice that I've been able to extract the convective outlooks from the SPC as well as a adding a live radar layer. I would post the URL to the site, but it's not quite "live" yet -- even in a Beta mode.

In any case, my apologies if this isn't the right place for this type of post. Let me know.

Also... If there is anyone interested in beta testing the new site, reply here or just send me a PM. Thanks.

Just an update for all (no need to create a new thread)

I've updated the entire site with what I had been working on. All new design, severe warning and convective outlooks and storm reports all plotted against the Google map.

Thanks guys... Glad you like it. I want to add the Google Earth maptype, but it requires a download and is still having some issues working properly in IE. Once Google can work those issues, I'll add that map type and people can have a 3D view of everything (except radar and warnings, of course)
