Since I have no access to a lounge type forum and this is weather related I am posting it here.
I love taking pictures of fireworks but rarely have a chance to see the fireworks with nice weather structure here in my area so.....
I want to challenge all of you photographers out there to shoot some weather with some fireworks displays. Maybe make a sunset, storm, lightning or some other weather feature part of the fireworks photo.
I figure that some displays start tonight and depending on weather for some areas may even be delayed over to the 5th.

Last Fourth of July i was able to get the display at the Colorado Rockies Baseball game in Denver with some lightning at the same time. This year I hope to get something similar if the weather cooperates.

Here's my submission. :p Couldn't resist. My Photoshop skills aren't quite up to par with the likes of some here, but it was worth a chuckle anyway.

Congrats!!!! I could not help but laugh when I first saw it .I can't wait until someone passed it back my way claiming it is a real photograph. Then you can sue for copyright infringement.
LOL

I guess it should be mentioned that my photos were taken in Butte, Montana on the THIRD of July (that's the big firework night). We had three separate rounds of strong thunderstorms roll through and the main firework display was delayed so Barack Obama could see it.
