I believe it was Tim V. that started a thread a year or two ago about the color radar displays that were sometimes seen on cable and local TV back in the 90s and early 90s. Several members posted pictures from their area. This time, I have to offer several videos from Cincinnati, Ohio and Muskegon, Michigan. http://www.youtube.com/user/hookecho80 I have one video from April 3, 1988 from Cincinnati and the rest are from the June 2, 1990 tornado outbreak. These also feature NOAA Weather Radio. The Muskegon videos are from 1987 during The Weather Channel local forecast. FYI: Cincinnati had a WSR-57 and Muskegon had a WSR-74C.
