National weather warnings have been issued for EMHI as we are expecting heavy rain to hit us tonight and tomorrow. Some areas may accumulate as much as two inches. I had about 0,6 inches today, but judging from the radar, some areas might have had a lot more. For example, in the city of Tartu, flash flooding was reported today.
Now tomorrow, the situation fires up again. Coastal areas are expecting gale-force wind gusts as well.
