Hi all
I'm just posting these two images to find if anyone of you did see this structure on the border between Colorado and Kansas, not far from I 70. I saw other chasers that night.
We observed a cute squall line with nice structure before the sunset and we ended the chase looking for a damned motel, even if we didn't find anything because of a million of chasers who rent all the room because of the outbreak of may 22th. While phoning I was called by a friend who told me that there was a strange cloud not so far away from us; I looked at that and I saw a clear base with a dark lowering basically at the ground. I picked up my tripod with MLL3 and I took this long esposition while phoning :-D (kidding)
I didn't see any tornado warning on the radar but it just had the visual aspect of a circular base with a large lowering or whynot, even a tornado.
Did anyone see it? What do you guys think?

(The first shot is the shelf cloud of the squall and the second one I think is the tail end charlie that approached our position about 1 hour later)

I was on the same storm but didn't see anything. I may have left before the development of the possible tornado.

Bill, I was there, those are my friends...Too bad we didn't meet!

Anyway,we saw the possible tornado after about 45min-1 hour after that shelf cloud.

I saw the same thing. Nice wall cloud, but no tornado.

We were there Andrea, we saw basically the same thing. We observed what appeared to be a tornado a few miles west of the 385... I can remember radar showing some shear but no well defined couplet... Didn't hear of any damage report...
