Hey, do any of you know if any of the portable gps units support selecting your own vias or waypoints along a route rather than the default 'quickest', or 'shortest' route options as it typical? This of course can be done using Street Atlas and I assume Streets and Trips but seems to be absent from the portable gps units that I've seen.

I know the Garmin nuvi 750 allows you to select additional waypoints other then your destination. You just select another waypoint and then select "via", not destination.
I'm probably wrong on the terminology. The unit is outside in the truck.

Ok, maybe that feature is out there. I think it may be called 'multi point routing'. Let me know if any of you have or have seen a unit that does this feature well at a good price. Thanks.
