Very nice. Perhaps it was similar clouds that led to the first UFO reports there in 1947:

Beautiful shots as always, Marko - thanks for sharing them. I see lenticulars every now and then in the anvil region of some supercells when conditions are right. Most memorable was around a storm over the Ouachitas in Oklahoma a few years ago. Photos buried somewhere on the hard drive at home ...
