Poor man's chase vehicle?

I saw this while driving home from work yesterday. Looks as though they had lost all their windows and welded circular weather vanes to the roof and hood of the car. Thought you guys might get a kick out of it. (snapped a pic with my cell phone - gotta love technology)

I certainly had a good laugh. They even turned around and smiled for the picture. :)

LOL.... You should see my friends "winter beater" car... No back window, looks just like a dented up derby car, very rusty, runs on only 2-3 cylinders, backfires louder than a shot-gun... And he made a custom hood ornament - It is modeled after the "ba-bomb" things on Mario Bros, it's made out of a toilet stopping ball (the thing in the back that stops the water, whatever it's called, LOL), and has a line fuse that "blows in the wind"......
