Can anyone here connect me with the dates that individual 88Ds went online? I'm especially interested in KFDR (apparently the 7th deployment in the fleet)

Online or "commissioned"? They are not the same thing.

either would be fine...

I would be most interested on the date the unit began sampling the sky. I can;t imagine the dates would be too far apart, but we are talking the govt here

February 15, 1992, as best as Steve Pryor and I can determine. "Commissioning" would likely have been at least two years later, if I recall correctly.
