This wouldn't be archived as text anywhere, would it?
(and given the nature of its presentation, I suppose working with it in such a form might not be too easy)

I ask because I thought it would be interesting to have a tool that is able to search for dates and times by specific parameters. (1km SRH > 400, for example)

I don't know of anything like this currently. Seems as thought it'd be a nice research tool -- I know people "search" by hand right now for this sort of thing.

(and to my knowledge, no other by hour data exists like this)

thanks for the link...

though, I was looking for text data that might be read by a program. (and technically you could dissect images like these... but... no thanks, too much work)
