View Full Version : Problems with ordering GRLevel3

Hey all,

So a couple of days ago, I decided to order GRLevel3 online off of the main website that offered it (http://www.grlevelx.com/grlevel3/). I put in my order on Wednesday evening, and have yet to hear back on a confirmation order or any of the registration details. I checked the status of my order, and it says that an email has been sent to my email address with all of the details on how to register and use GRLevel3 on my computer (and the credit card was charged), but I have not recieved that email. I've checked my spam folder as well to make sure, but nothing was there. I have sent two emails to the company through the help/questions page on the website, but have still not heard back yet.

For those of you who have ordered GRLevel3, was it this much of a hassle to get it? What should I do in my situation? It appears that emails don't even work for me as the company has yet to respond...

Shoot Mike an email at admin@grlevelx.com and no, I didn't have any problems at all when I purchased GRLevel3.

Good day all,

Same here ... I just ordered yesterday and got two emails, one for the "order pending", and another an hour later with the confirmation and registration-key.

Definitely email admin@grlevelx.com on this one...

Dido here I just tried to order yesterday. I did get a tracking number but I never got an order number so I cannot access the tracking script. I have not recieved any confirmation emails or registration info. Glad to see I am not the only one.

I never had problems during the order, but the times I've had to deal with Mike G I've found him to be very prompt, professional and extremely helpful. Just shoot him an email explaining what happened and I'm sure he'll get back with you.

I sent Mike an email this morning, and he responded very promptly and provided me with the registration key. Jason, I would also recommend emailing Mike about your problem and let him know that you weren't the only one who has had trouble recieving the registration key.
