I can say firsthand there's plenty of humor behind the scenes in military weather. Our forecast center in Korea used to have a "Column Of Humor" where we hung up weather-themed rants, photoshopped jokes, and so on. Many weather stations I worked at also kept famous "unofficial logbooks" hidden away. I inherited one of them and photocopied another. But as far as products go, I don't recall us transmitting any funny stuff outside the office, though, except for a New Years greeting on the airfield weather circuit on 1/1/90... nothing to write home about.

On another note, we have no problem with weather-related content being out in the main forums, even if it's funny. This thread certainly belongs, especially since the weather is so slow.
