SAME wx radio issues

I must be an idiot. I've never gotten my radio to only announce the SAME code I want ever. I've got a Oregon Scientific WR102. Manual:

I've followed the instructions to the T for both here and back in Chicago, but no dice.

I was given a SAME radio a few years ago and love it. I never programmed it because I want the alarm to go off for every county in the CWA instead of just my home county. I think as a chaser, you'd probably want to leave it that way. Many times that radio has awoken me to surprise events moving into the area when I wasn't paying attention.

When I chase I do it that way as well. But when I don't, I'd rather just hear warnings for me.
