Not sure if this is already posted. But Wx-chase has been discussing the fact that there are fairly new Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations that must now be conformed to in order to operate a tour business and conduct passengers interstate. This includes commercial drivers license, DOT Id, daily logs, driver limitations & requirements, and more.
