Historical Radar Images

I know this question gets asked alot, but this one has a twist. I'm looking to find past radar images by station at particular points in time. For example, let's say I need a radar image from Kansas City NWS at 1400Z. Is there a place where I can get those?

Radar imagery from the past 5 days can be seen at http://www.rap.ucar.edu/weather/radar/ as well. It's not the actual data (i.e. not data you can view in GR3 or GR2), but it's easy to quickly reference if you don't necessarily need to interrogate the data in a GR application.
