STORMTRACK.ORG TERMS OF SERVICE
Your use of Stormtrack signifies your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to be bound by this TOS, you may not access or otherwise use Stormtrack.

1. You must use a real name when registering (FIRST AND LAST NAME, or FIRST INITIAL AND LAST NAME only). YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY. No nicknames, handles, or "johnsmith72" type names! This is the policy of our board, and our community prefers that we preserve this rule. If you do not want to use your real name, we allow fake names on a "don't ask, don't tell" basis and as long as the name is not famous or clever in a way that identifies it as a fake name.

2. We strongly recommend you fill out the NEW USER ESSAY on the next page. We are aggressive about removing spammers, and reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts which appear suspicious and do not give any clear indication in the profile or posting history whether it's an actual weather enthusiast.

3. Account rights. Stormtrack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the Stormtrack website and the materials thereon for your personal use only, provided that you comply fully with this TOS. This agreement does not grant any perpetual right to use Stormtrack and any user may be removed for any reason at any time. If you are dissatisfied with this website, including any forum thereon, your sole remedy is to cease use of the website or forum, as applicable.

4. Responsible use. By signing up for a Stormtrack account, you agree to comply with the rules of conduct applicable to all forums on this website posted at http://www.stormtrack.org/forum/faq.php.

5. License. You retain copyright over all material submitted to Stormtrack. However you also acknowledge that you are granting Stormtrack the unrestricted right, throughout the world and in perpetuity, to copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, perform, display or otherwise use, at no cost whatsoever to Stormtrack, any and all material you post to any Stormtrack forum, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights embodied therein. This means if you cancel your account, we will not delete all your posts, though we may allow a small number of individual posts to be deleted on a one-time basis.

6. Indemnity. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of and participation in any forum on this website. We shall not be responsible or liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of or in any way related to any forum on this website.

7. Changes. We may change, modify or supplement these terms of use at any time. Accordingly, we encourage you to check this page from time to time as you will be bound by any such revisions.

This TOS shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma applicable to contracts entered into and fully performed in Oklahoma.
