This map indicates where participating Stormtrack members think the best place is where a storm will produce its first occurrence of a tornado or large hail during the daytime or dusk hours in a given region. Thus, each mark represents a chase target for today. Hover or click on any target to see who cast its vote. The system cuts off incoming votes at 2 pm CDT, with scoring results usually available here in the evening. The poll for tomorrow begins at midnight CDT.
Scoring results will not necessarily be available on any given day, and cannot be guaranteed to be authoritative or complete. This is due to limited time among our Stormtrack admins. Individuals who are qualified and can commit to helping with target scoring may offer to do so on the Stormtrack forums in the Information Desk.
